Jenny qualified with a first class honours degree from the College of Osteopaths in 2025. She is also an experienced dance artist having trained at London Contemporary Dance School holds a Masters degree in contemporary dance performance.
She is passionate about enabling people to live a full and healthy life by looking at a person as a whole and offering lifestyle advice as well as treatment and guidance in their unique health and recovery journey.

After qualifying from the British School of Osteopathy in London in 1989, Mary spent a year working as a locum osteopath throughout the UK. She then worked in London, where she established her own practices, in South Wimbledon and Chessington, Surrey. During this time she did underpaid work with the London Olympians American Football Team. She has also held a supervisory position, in the clinical education of trainee paediatric osteopaths at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in Harley Street.
In 2003 Mary took a sabbatical in New Zealand, where she treated a diverse range of patients including bee keepers, Maori fishermen and ski instructors before returning to Hest Bank.
Mary enjoys treating a wide range of conditions including arthritis, chronic and complex cases, babies and children, pregnant and post-partum mothers.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, swimming, walking, rowing and reading.

Katie graduated with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy in 2016. She was inspired to train as an osteopath whilst working in outdoor education and seeing its benefits amongst rock climbers.
Katie recognises the importance of the body in enabling us to enjoy life, whether that’s climbing mountains or just walking in the park. Katie herself has a keen interest in rock climbing and mountaineering.
Katie enjoys treating all ages and has recently completed a two-year diploma in paediatric osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre For Children in London. Katie works at both the practice in Hest Bank and runs the clinic at Kirkby Lonsdale.
